When we first took a look at this property and saw the crib filled with concrete we knew we had to do something to help. The existing deck, boardwalk and staircase was in desperate need of a face lift as well. After discussing the needs with our customer and understanding more about what her hopes where for her lakefront property, we devised a plan together to make sure we were all on the same page. We kept in close contact throughout the process to ensure that every detail was satisfactory for the end result.

On this project we meticulously placed each limestone piece as if it was a puzzle. We included a crushed concrete set of steps that always pairs so well with the limestone. Underneath the deck we first layed a geomesh material and filled the existing crib which was still in good shape with riprap. The deck was then constructed of Azek composite which is also heat resistant so should help on those scorching hot days on the lake.

Finished this one off installing an oak staircase that entered directly into the lake for easy access and durability from the waves and storms. Our homeowner added all the final touches to make this project a showstopper and the perfect space for entertaining or relaxation.
